General

Field service management (FSM) software helps businesses manage their mobile workforce. It includes work order management, scheduling, dispatching, route optimization, inventory tracking, and mobile apps for technicians. NextFSM provides all these features in one integrated platform.

NextFSM is designed for service businesses with field technicians, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, cleaning, and installation companies. Whether you have 5 or 500 technicians, NextFSM scales with your business.

NextFSM offers enterprise-level features like advanced route optimization and SLA tracking at a fraction of the cost of competitors. We focus on simplicity without sacrificing power, and all features are included—no tiered pricing or hidden fees.

Pricing & Billing

You get 14 days of full access to all features, no credit card required. Simply sign up and start using NextFSM immediately. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or your account will be paused.

Our first 50 customers get locked into our launch pricing (59 EUR/month or 590 EUR/year per user) forever. This price will never increase for early bird customers, even as we add new features.

Yes, you can switch at any time. When you switch, we prorate your existing subscription and apply it as credit toward your new billing cycle.

No minimum. You can start with just one user and add more as your team grows. Each additional user is billed at the same per-user rate.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, you'll have access until the end of your billing period. For yearly plans, we offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days.

Features

Our route optimization automatically calculates the most efficient routes for your technicians. It considers travel time, traffic, technician skills, availability, SLA priorities, and appointment windows. You can optimize routes for a single day or plan multiple days in advance.

SLA (Service Level Agreement) tracking monitors response and resolution times for work orders. It shows real-time countdown timers, sends alerts before breaches, and supports pause/resume for accurate tracking when waiting on parts or customer availability.

Yes. Our iOS and Android apps are designed for field work with full offline support. Technicians can view schedules, update work orders, capture photos and signatures, and sync everything when back online.

Yes. You can create custom checklist templates with required fields, photo requirements, and signature capture. These can be attached to work orders and must be completed before a job can be closed.

We provide full API access for custom integrations. Direct integrations with popular accounting software are on our roadmap. Contact us if you have specific integration needs.

Mobile Apps

NextFSM has native apps for both iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android. Both apps have the same features and work offline.

Yes. Technicians can install the NextFSM app on their personal devices. The app only accesses work-related data and does not collect personal information.

When technicians are clocked in, their location is periodically updated on the live map. This helps with dispatching and provides accurate ETAs. Location tracking stops when they clock out.

Data & Security

Yes. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud hosting on AWS, and regular backups. Your data is isolated per organization and never shared.

Your data is stored in AWS data centers in the EU (Frankfurt region). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Yes. You can export your data at any time through the settings. We provide exports in standard formats (CSV, JSON) for customers, work orders, inventory, and more.

Yes, assistance is available for importing your existing data. Contact us and we'll help with migration.

Yes. NextFSM is fully GDPR compliant. We have data processing agreements available, support data deletion requests, and maintain detailed audit logs.

Getting Started

Most teams are up and running within a day. You can import existing customers, create work orders, and start dispatching immediately. Our onboarding guide walks you through each step.

Yes. We provide self-service documentation and video tutorials. For larger teams, we offer live onboarding sessions to get your team up to speed quickly.

Currently NextFSM supports English and Estonian. The entire platform, including mobile apps, is available in both languages. We plan to add more languages based on customer demand.
