NextFSM uses a per-user subscription model. Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods in the Billing settings.

Early Bird Plan

Managing Your Subscription
Access billing settings at Settings > Billing.
View Current Plan
- Current plan and price
- Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
- Next billing date
- Active user count
Add or Remove Users
- User count determines subscription cost
- Adding users prorates to current billing cycle
- Removing users applies to next billing cycle
Update Payment Method
- Credit/debit card
- Securely stored via Stripe
- Update anytime
View Invoices
- Download PDF invoices
- View payment history
- Track subscription charges
User Seats
Your subscription is based on active user seats:
- Each user requires one seat
- Disabled users don't count toward seats
- Adding users increases monthly cost
- Seat changes are prorated
Free Trial
New organizations start with a 14-day free trial:
- Full access to all features
- No credit card required to start
- Add payment method to continue after trial
- Trial converts to paid subscription automatically
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
Payment Security
- Payments processed by Stripe
- PCI-DSS compliant
- Card details never stored on NextFSM servers
- SSL encryption for all transactions
