Users

Add and manage team members

Manage your team members, roles, and access. Admin only.

User List

View all users with:

  • Name and email
  • Role badge
  • Status (Active/Archived)
  • Assigned work schedule
  • Last seen timestamp

Filtering

  • Status - Active, Archived, or All
  • Role - Filter by specific role
  • Search - Search by name or email

User Roles

RoleAccess

Role Permissions

Admin:

  • All dispatcher permissions
  • User management
  • Organization settings
  • Billing management
  • Integrations
  • Audit log

Dispatcher:

  • All technician permissions
  • Create/edit work orders
  • Assign technicians
  • Manage customers
  • View all schedules
  • Route optimization

Technician:

  • View assigned work orders
  • Update work order status
  • Complete checklists
  • Log time and parts
  • View own schedule

Adding Users

  1. Click Add User
  2. Enter name, email, phone
  3. Select role
  4. Assign work schedule (optional)
  5. Set skills (optional)
  6. Save

User receives email invitation to set password.

Example: New technician receives email with link to create password and download mobile app.

Editing Users

Click any user to edit:

  • Update profile information
  • Change role
  • Assign different schedule
  • Update skills
  • View activity history

Bulk Actions

Select multiple users using checkboxes:

  1. Select users
  2. Choose action:
    • Change Role - Update role for all selected
    • Assign Schedule - Set work schedule for all
  3. Apply changes

Example: Select 5 technicians and assign them all to "Morning Shift" schedule.

Archive vs Delete

Archive

  • Deactivates user account
  • Preserves work order history
  • Frees up license seat
  • Can be reactivated later

Delete

Not available - preserves data integrity for:

  • Work order history
  • Audit trail
  • Customer interactions

Reactivating Users

  1. Filter by "Archived" status
  2. Click archived user
  3. Click Activate
  4. User can log in again

License seat is consumed when reactivated.
