Jobs Completed
Total number of work orders finished this month, with comparison to the previous month showing improvement or decline.
On-Time Rate
Percentage of jobs completed within the estimated time. Shows:
- Percentage score
- Count of on-time vs total jobs
- Color indicator (green = 90%+, yellow = 75-89%, red = below 75%)
SLA Compliance
Percentage of work orders that met SLA requirements:
- Response time targets
- Resolution time targets
- Count of breached SLAs
Average Work Time
Typical time spent on jobs:
- Average work duration in minutes
- Average travel time separately
Performance Breakdown
Visual progress bars show:
- On-Time Delivery - How often you complete jobs within estimated time
- SLA Compliance - How well you meet service level agreements
- Team Rank - Your position compared to other technicians
