Customer Information

Each customer record includes:

  • Company name and contact details
  • Billing address for invoicing
  • Service locations where work is performed
  • Contracts and SLA agreements
  • Service history of all completed work

Service Locations

Customers can have multiple locations:

  • Main office
  • Branch offices
  • Customer sites
  • Equipment locations

Each location has its own address and can have assigned devices/equipment.

Devices & Equipment

Track equipment at customer locations:

  • Device categories (HVAC, Elevators, etc.)
  • Serial numbers and specifications
  • Maintenance schedules
  • Service history with QR code access

Public Device History

Customers can view device service history via QR codes on equipment stickers:

  1. Scan QR code on device
  2. Enter 6-digit password
  3. View maintenance history, parts used, and signatures

This is public access (no login required), protected only by the password.
