The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your field service operations. The view adapts based on your user role, showing the most relevant information for your responsibilities.

Role-Based Views

NextFSM provides three different dashboard views:

Organization Admin Dashboard

For managers and administrators, the dashboard shows:

• Monthly Revenue - Current month invoiced amount with trend vs last month
• Outstanding Invoices - Total unpaid amount with aging breakdown
• Completion Rate - Percentage of work orders completed this month
• SLA Compliance - Percentage of SLAs met with breach count

Additional charts include:

• Revenue trend over the last 6 months
• Work order status distribution (pie chart)
• Technician utilization rates
• Invoice aging breakdown

Dispatcher Dashboard

For dispatchers managing daily operations:

• Total Jobs Today - Number of scheduled work orders
• Unassigned Jobs - Work orders needing assignment (with urgency indicator)
• In Progress - Currently active work orders
• Completed - Finished jobs with hours tracking

Visual elements include:

• Job status donut chart
• Priority breakdown (P1, P2, P3)
• Hours progress bar (completed vs estimated)
• Unassigned jobs table with deadline countdown
• Technician availability overview

Technician Dashboard

For field technicians viewing their performance:

• Jobs Completed - Monthly count with comparison to last month
• On-Time Rate - Percentage of jobs finished within estimated time
• SLA Compliance - Percentage of SLAs met
• Average Work Time - Typical job duration with travel time

Performance charts show:

• On-time delivery breakdown
• SLA performance visualization
• Team ranking position

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:

• View all work orders
• Open the live map
• Access unassigned jobs
• View technician schedules

Dashboard data refreshes automatically when you navigate to the page. All metrics reflect real-time data from your organization.
